Return policy

We are happy to assist you throughout the shopping process to help you find the right products and correct size. If you are unsure about your options, please contact us by email at iveikals@salvomd.lv before making a purchase - this may help you avoid the need of a return.

However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order from our online store, we accept returns of items that are new, unused and in their original packaging with all labels attached. 
Please note: It is NOT possible to exchange items purchased in the online store.

You may return products within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


1. Ensure that all items are clean, unused, and in their original packaging with all original labels attached.
2. Complete the return/refusal form. This form is included with your order or can be downloaded here: APPLICATION.
3. Return the item along with the completed and signed application and the invoice:
3.1. Free of charge – return the itemto the TRIUMPH store located in the SPICE shopping mall;
3.2. At your own expence: Sent the item via an Omniva or DPD parcel machine located in SPICE shopping mall, Lielirbes street 29, Riga.

Please note that delivery and return shipping costs in this case are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refund.

4. Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email informing you that your return has been received and whether the refund of your purchase amount is approved (and the refund amount) or rejected. If the refund is approved, the transaction will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to your bank account within 7 days or refunded using the original payment method used at checkout.

In the following cases, the return request may be rejected or only a partial refund may be issued:


1. The return is made later than 14 working days from the date of receipt.
2. The product is not accompanied by the APPLICATION form or INVOICE that was sent with the order or can be printed here.
3. The original labels or packaging have been removed/damaged from the product.
4. The product is damaged/dirty, washed or shows signs of wear.
