SIA SALVO MD, registration number: 40103266322, legal address: Baznicas street 33-2, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia (hereinafter – SALVO MD), as a Data Controller, processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Union and the Parliament of the European Union of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter – the Regulation), as well as other applicable personal data protection laws and regulations in force in Latvia.

This Privacy Policy explains how SALVO MD processes personal data on the website www.salvolingerie.lv (hereinafter – the Online Store) and provides related information to clients (hereinafter – the Client).
SALVO MD collects personal data, ensuring its confidential processing, storage, and circulation, and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it.
2. Sources of personal data collection and purposes of processing
2.1. The Data Controller collects personal data from persons who wish to register as regular customers in the SALVO MD underwear online store and who submit an application, confirming their consent to the terms of registration for regular customers.
2.2. The Data Controller also collects personal data from unregistered buyers to the extent necessary for fulfilling the contract. Personal data is shared with the transport service provider to deliver the goods.
2.3. The Data Controller collects the following personal data: name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, delivery address, and purchase history. All collected personal data is treated as confidential information.
2.4. Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes: fulfilling the contract, delivering goods to the customer, conducting purchase analyses, managing the regular customer program (including providing discounts), and sending marketing communications.
3. Recipients of SALVO MD client personal data
3.1. The Data controller does not disclose the obtained data to third parties, except for legal entities - authorized processors, provided that a contract has been concluded with this processor, according to which the authorized processor is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data being processed and ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements specified in the law. Such authorized processors are contractual cooperation partners, for example, providers of cash register software, payment solutions, transport services, SMS services, E-mail services and server hosting services.
4. Rights of SALVO MD Client and Data Controller
4.1. The Data Controller may send the Client news and offers to the Client’s email address or via SMS only if the Client has previously consented. The Client has the right to withdraw consent at any time by opting out of receiving news via SMS.
4.2. The Client has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data within the framework of the loyalty program at any time and to request the deletion of their data. Once the data is deleted, the Data Controller will no longer be able to offer the Client membership-related discounts at the points of sale and the Online Store administered by the Data Controller.
4.3. If the Client believes that their rights have been violated when processing of personal data, the Client has the right to apply to the Data Protection Inspectorate or seek legal remedy in court.
4.4. In the event of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, the Data Controller has the right to store personal data until the claim is resolved or the statutory limitation period expires.
5. Storage and security of personal data
5.1. Personal data is stored for 5 years from the last transaction, and when deleting personal data, the purchase history is anonymized. Personal data required for accounting purposes is stored for seven years.
5.2. The Data Controller takes appropriate physical, organizational and information technology security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure. Only specially authorized persons have access to process or modify this data.
5.3. Request for information, correction, data transfer, or deletion related to personal data may be submitted in writing and digitally signed by the Client to:
